What does arppress.org offer?

In addition to being able to purchase our publications, arppress.org offers robust search capabilities and access to our digital content.

 

What is available online?

Our current 5th Series is online in a full text, web friendly, easy to read version, which includes options for 2 different viewing experiences and downloadable figures and tables.

In addition, the 4th series of tumor pathology and 1st series of non-neoplastic volumes are available online in pdf format. 

Do you still offer epub versions for Series 5 volumes?

With the relaunch of www.arppress.org in June 2022, our digital versions are only on the website. 

For fascicles 1-10 in Series 5, published before our new digital platform, epub versions were available with each volume. These could be downloaded to the customer's ereader device. Any epub version previously downloaded still belongs to the customer. However, we are no longer producing new versions specifically for ereaders. All digital versions will be exclusively through arppress.org.  

 

SEARCH

How does the search function work?

Anyone can perform a search on arppress.org and results will pull from our online repository. If you do not have access to the publications of those results through as either an individual or through your institution, you will have the option to purchase it. 
If you are within a publication you have full access to, you can also search within that single fascicle. 

 

Any pointers on performing a search?

If your search term includes more than one word, put everything in quotation marks to focus the search. 

 

PURCHASES

Can I purchase or get temporary access to a single chapter? 

ARP only offers access to publications in their entirety. 

I purchased one or more Series 5 volumes before this new digital access. Can I get digital access to those? 

Yes. Before launching the new site, we gave access to individuals who (1) had previously purchased at least one Series 5 volume through our website or US fulfillment center and (2) had an email address connected with their purchase. You'll just need to officially register your account and update your password (upper right corner of arppress.org) and then you should have access. If you have trouble accessing a purchased digital version of a fascicle, please contact us.

 

If I buy a fascicle, do I have to get both the print and digital?

If you only want digital access, you are welcome to opt out of the print. If you only want the print, simply do not use the digital option. Please note: at this time the price for the fascicle is fixed whether opting out of a version or utilizing both versions.

How do I pay for my purchases?

All payments made on www.arppress.org go through PayPal. For bulk orders, special orders, or other questions, reach out to our fulfillment center at [email protected]

 

RETURNS

What is your return policy?

Damaged/incorrect item claims  must be made within 14 days of the delivery of the order. Contact Customer Service at [email protected] with the details, including a photo to show any damage. Once approved, a replacement will be sent at no charge.

Unwanted item(s) may be returned in new condition. First, you must notify us within 14 days of the delivery of the order in writing (email is preferred) of your intent to return the unwanted items. Then, send us the item. To avoid restocking charges, return the item(s) within 30 days of the delivery. The return shipping is at the customer's expense.

Unwanted items received AFTER the 30 day grace period will be subject to a 35% (of gross price) restocking charge. This amount will automatically be charged to the credit card on file.

 

PERMISSIONS

I'd like to include one of the figures from an ARP fascicle in an upcoming publication of mine. What do I need to do to request permission?

Fill out the ARP Permission Request Form and return it to ARP via email at [email protected]. We will reaach back out to you after processing the form.
